With over seven years of experience in IT product management and project management, I am currently leading the IT product management team at Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC), a nonprofit organization that administers the federal Universal Service Fund. In this role, I oversee the development and delivery of innovative and user-centric IT products and services that support USAC's mission to provide affordable access to telecommunications and broadband services for underserved communities. I leverage my skills in data analysis, communication, and problem solving to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors, and to ensure the quality, efficiency, and alignment of the IT product portfolio with the strategic goals and priorities of the organization. I also apply my education policy and management background, which I acquired from my Master of Education degree from Harvard University and my previous experiences at Booz Allen Hamilton and Accenture Federal Services, to understand and address the needs and challenges of the education sector, one of the key beneficiaries of the Universal Service Fund. I am passionate about using technology and data to create positive social impact and to advance equity and inclusion in education and beyond.
