Responsible for end-to-end applications supporting HP’s global call center operation, serving over 10,000 agents.Responsible for end-to-end applications supporting spare parts and software supply chain processes (~$10B business).Responsible for end-to-end applications supporting HP’s nonstop, ultra mission critical business.Joined team in 2007 to drive closure to the Integrated Global Supply-Chain Operation (IGSO) project which had been in flight for nearly 10 years prior to my arrival. Accomplishment Highlights: 1) 77 country deployments enabling ~300 legacy system retirements, 2) 39% reduction in inventory expenses and 8% reduction in operating expenses, with total program savings exceeding $300M, Executed application migrations, retirements, and transformations from nearly 100 sprawling legacy data centers to 6 next generation data centers. Implemented our global software supply chain on a common, go forward solution, providing significant simplification and elimination of 30 year old legacy applications.

Global implementation of Essbase (OLAP) to enable Compaq’s integrated P&L and Balance Sheet forecasting, planning, and analysis. Global implementation of Getpaid to drive higher efficiency in the Credit & Collections team. This project lowered HP’s DSO (days sales outstanding), resulting in over $50M in benefits. Global Implementation of Fixed Assets on HP’s SAP baseline which drove significant simplification in our systems landscape and migrated the business to a common solution. Drove 2 year project to move 12 countries from non-standard financial solutions to HP’s baseline AP/AR SAP solution.
