District Manager
As District Manager I have oversight responsibilities of 19 stores, employing over 375 individuals serving approximately 100,000 customers a week. I am responsible for the motivational well being of 38 Store Managers and Pharmacy managers charged with the profitable operations of a Retail Chain Drug Store. I work with individual leaders to help identify and close gaps in their business including profitable sales, expense control, team engagement and morale, and all matters related to Human Resources and personnel. My background includes training and a practical knowledge of matters including EEOC, AAP, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, FLSA, COBRA, HIPAA, AND OSHA. I have a proven track record for taking on complicated underperforming districts, building relationships through inspired leadership, and achieving results in minimal time.
