Primarily, I work on IT projects delivering business improvements and transformational solutions. I use a range of Business Analyst tools and techniques to identify options that will provide business benefits and value. During the journey to delivery, I engage with a wide range of stakeholders. The output is business requirements, solution options, roadmaps to delivery and the highlighting of any risks. The emphasis is on the bigger picture, root-cause analysis, feasible solution options and providing value. I have attained the British Computer Society International Diploma in Business Analysis and ITIL® Foundation Certificate inIT Service Management (ITIL 4). My experience includes managing a team and working in both Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
