• Oversaw two grant review boards (18 members), administrative assistant, and five grant liaisons.

• Researched and visited job training programs across North Carolina and South Carolina; created an evaluation tool to vet grant applications from programs providing job training to youth transitioning out of foster care.
• Served on the Grant Application Rewrite Committee; distilled meeting discussions, kept and distributed minutes.

• Managed cross-departmental projects including software procurement, workload justification, surplus inventory disposal, and peer county comparisons.
• Worked with Albemarle County, City of Charlottesville, and University of Virginia police departments to develop a website/public messaging around the construction of a regional firearms training center.
