• Facilitate the successful issuance of approximately $2 billion of cash-flow CLOs, working with senior management, underwriters, legal counsel, rating agencies and potential investors on structuring and portfolio ramp-up.• Model CLO waterfalls and compliance test metrics as outlined in governing CLO documentation.• Perform CLO compliance surveillance including asset performance, asset rating review, and CLO availability to assess potential risks, issues, and investment opportunities.• Perform hypothetical trade scenario testing for credit investments, planning of investment structuring to ensure compliance with CLO indenture guidelines, and transaction-level analysis modeling.• Model and perform senior level review of monthly trustee reports comprising of compliance tests, portfolio activity, and collateral quality tests and independently calculate and review waterfalls for payment dates.• Perform month-end accounting closes, including the reconciliation of general ledger with fund administrators and trustees, quarterly entity consolidation and preparation of annual audited financial statements.• Create and analyze cash flow models to project returns on portfolio investments utilizing XIRR.• Develop and maintain relationships with trustees, external auditors, fund administrators, rating agencies and various other vendors.• Assist senior management with ad-hoc portfolio analysis including investor requests.

• Review financial statements and disclosures, ensuring preparation in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and other regulatory requirements for banking institutions and private equity clients.• Review discounted cash flow models and investment valuation memorandums. • Responsible for verifying the accuracy of partnership allocations as well as waterfall and management fee calculations within funds. • Technical accounting exposure includes SFAS 157, “Fair Value Measurements” and SFAS 159, “The Fair Value Option for Financial Assets and Financial Liabilities”. • Evaluate internal controls, transaction cycles, and revenue and expense recognition and make recommendations to management for improvement of financial and operation deficiencies.• Facilitate audit procedures as part of annual and quarterly reporting on significant Financial Statement line items including Cash and Cash Equivalents, Investments, Loans, which includes the testing of Allowance for Lease and Loan Losses, Goodwill, Deposits and Borrowings.• Participate in the planning of the scope for engagements by analyzing material account balance variations. • Supervise, manage and assess performance of staff accountants on engagements through oversight and review of work papers, daily on the job training and communication of needed improvements. • Attended Banking and Private Equity trainings for current industry practices and market-specific risks.
