In my role as Head of Sales, I drive the strategic vision for the sales department while actively managing our Key Accounts in Switzerland. I was accountable for the full spectrum of product management, innovation, and research, leading the strategic development and execution of the Chiefs product portfolio. I spearheaded key product development projects, managed supplier negotiations to secure optimal procurement terms, and led the product management team.

In my role, I was responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing the entire product portfolio for the brand Chiefs. I analyzed market trends and competitive developments to develop data-driven product strategies and creating a strong innovation pipeline.I led the development of new products, including pricing, packaging design, and the creation of sales materials. Additionally, I supported the sales team in presenting new concepts to retailers and took the lead in briefing and executing a Chiefs commercial.

I was responsible for the market success in Austria & Germany for the brands Ovomaltine, Caotina and Twinings. Acting as the main contact, I managed distributor relationships in both markets and contributed to the strategic development of our product portfolio and pricing strategy.My key achievement was my strategic role in evaluating, planning, and implementing a new route to market for Germany. Besides shaping a new organizational structure, supply chain, risk management and IT environment, I also provided vital project management and communication during this organizational transition to ensure seamless operational shifts and sustained growth.

My role included developing and executing the annual marketing plan, with full budget accountability for Austria and oversight for Germany. I led and evaluated agency partnerships across creation, media, sampling, and packaging to deliver high-impact campaigns.Key achievements include the launch of the product Caotina Creme and relaunch of Caotina powder, alongside active involvement in multimedia campaigns, TV spot production, and managing social media channels and sampling initiatives.
