E4D works both on increasing the demand for skilled labor, for example through inclusive business and cooperation models, supply chain development or the promotion of start-ups and business development services, as well as the supply side through increasing the availability of qualified workers in the formal and informal labor market, in particular through training and work place programmes.I was responsible for the management of the portfolio of partnerships with local and international companies in support of this mutual objective. I developed a country strategy, identified opportunities for jointly financed projects with businesses, developed tailored proposals, and implemented capacity building, training, awareness raising and advocacy programmes through identifying, contracting and managing external consultants in different technical areas.
