I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic person, with a passion for customer service and organisation. I demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbally and written and am a proficient user of Microsoft Office. I have a wide and varied range of transferable skills that have been acquired through life experience, education and work. For example, working to deadlines, decision making, problem-solving, mentoring and motivating others. I strongly believe the customer service is the backbone of any business and without a good CS team a business may not thrive or build to their full potential.
