I managed the learning and development function for the Perth office reporting directly to the Head of Learning in Sydney and am responsible for:• Delivering and co-delivering our People, Communication and Business Development Skills training programs for our Senior Associates and Lawyers and the Graduate, Clerk and Induction training both in face to face and online sessions. • Sourcing the purchase of Virtual Classroom technology and training teams to utilise this across Australia• Developing and designing our blending training program taking our traditional face to face programs and creating new offerings utilising new technology• Coaching lawyers for career progression and performance • Coaching partners and senior associates in their presentation and delivery skills • Facilitating focus groups on performance feedback and global competencies• Utilising the Learning Management System, scheduling and managing the office wide learning calendar and attendance • Responding to learning needs in the firm and designing solutions as necessary, such as Mental Health and Cultural Awareness.
