• Consolidate and monitor SG Americas P&L: present monthly reports to both Paris and New-York senior management (CEO/CFO). KPIs included in these reports: expenses (direct and indirect), revenues, headcounts, cost of risk, risk-weighted assets, normative equity, ROE & cost/income ratios. • Build and present budget & forecast to the CFO, with multiple budget notes issuances and reconciliations with Paris figures.Project management:• Pioneer on digitalization topics: transfer of main monthly reports (actuals, forecast) on PowerBI in order to give management a quick and interactive snapshot of main KPIs. • Lead offshoring process of SG AMERICAS’ accruals to SG INDIA: approx. 50 different files for $325M on a yearly basis. Trained 2 teams in both New-York and Bangalore (onsite). Duration of the project: 1 year. Ad-hoc subjects:• Participated in a revised 2020 trajectory caused by COVID-19 pandemic.• Involved in SG Americas’ strategic review which aims at driving SG’s roadmap and operations as well as defining SG’s business and financial objectives for a rolling three-year period.• Trained the team to Excel and PowerBI, and new joiners to SG processes.• Involved in SG’s mentoring program, designed to strengthen and develop employees to achieve their full potential: matched with SG Americas Chief Financial Officer.• Prepared presentations for the board, the FED and the ECB.

• Monitored costs and budgeting process for GBSU, key support function of SG corporate & investment banking.• Monthly accruals computation and certification.• Analyzed discrepancies between actual results, budget and forecast. Monthly presentation to department managers and executive committee.• Revised 2018 budget due to an announcement to reduce SG’s global costs by $500M. Assumptions were calculated on different levers allowing to reach 10% costs decrease in 2020 vs 2018 (-$30M).• Management of 2 people onshore and 2 people offshore.
