- Demonstrate sound knowledge of industry business processes.- Identify commodity needs and design/implement new governance to improve efficiency, profitability, and performance of the organization.- Develop cross-functional business strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Maintain the holistic oversight of all International manufacturing sites' and harmonizes Pratt & Whitney's strategies, standards, best practices, resources and technologies, between the sites and various organizations * Oversee and influence 5-year strategic plans including capital investments and managed spending.* Assess capacity requirement, asset utilization and manpower in order to provide recommendations to facility and operations’ senior leadership* Liaison between sites and other business units to align priorities, insourcing strategies and ensure proper resource allocation (manpower, equipment, investment, etc..)* Identify opportunities to optimize and standardize business processes for all international sites and other Pratt & Whitney operations’ groups.

- Coordinate delivery assurance and material flow activities for purchased parts in support of assembly floor- Communicate with operations focal points, internal supply chain focal points, supplier contacts, and other stakeholders to resolve problems that benefit key stakeholders- Communicate supplier recovery plans and commit dates using tools such as Microsoft XRM- Supplier performance monitoring and assessment to ensure the timely delivery of parts
