• Responsible of all activities on assigned NPI projects from engineering definition to manufacturing release according to project scope, budget and customer requirements.• Develop full-scale project plans and communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders based on site or on factories located abroad. • Act as primary customer interface for assigned NPI projects. Coordinate first units assembly and Product Quality Plan (PQP) activity to ensure product, process and deliverables are meeting with the customer expectations.• Use of SQCS platform modules SCR, SCN & PQP to manage product changes & NPI.• Define tooling assembly and test equipment costs as well as internal or external resources needed to achieve the projects on time.• Perform Process FMEA to identify and assess potential risks. Set up and follow up preventive actions to mitigate the risks.• Manage all associated project documentation within QMS rules.• Lead the sub-contractors activity for the assembly tooling and test equipment (firmware & hardware) from tooling specification to qualification.• 20 years background on Pcboards manufacturing process, PWB & PWA.• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

• Set up of a complete brand new SMT production line; solder paste, pick and place & oven machinery.• Solder wave change to improve quality & reduce solder failures, increase efficiency.• Introduce products changes using SMD methods.• Develop internal preventive maintenance program & regular calibration with after sales service.• Organize different training levels; operators, maintenance technicians level 1 & level2.• Define PCBoards design policy with R&D; bare board layout, pads size, raw material, testability.
