My main role as a Legal Advisor is to bring to my clients a variety of legal advice experience and expertise including transactional work, contract documents drafting, review and negotiation, legal and financial risk management, comprehensive legal advice about business structures, joint ventures, and other types of partnerships schemes, claims and dispute monitoring, evaluation and settlement and general legal support to executive-level managers, project teams, and other departments.
