Reporting to the General Manager of Technical Operations and Technology, responsible for all technology infrastructure initiatives as well as corporate applications including the company's internal processes.As part of a head office move, it was an opportunity to completely rebuild the IT infrastructure in order to be able to meet the objectives set by the company and the government : - Optimizing the infrastructure with the use of hyperconvergence - Changing the network technology by switching to SDN increasing the level of security as well as bandwidth and speed capacity: Cisco ACI, DNA and ISE solutions. - Reducing the number of servers by more than 50% by virtualizing the infrastructure: VMware. - Overhaul the hosting of the digital assets, bringing greater stability and a significant increase in performance. To empower employee collaboration and mobility, choose to implement the Office 365 platform to give employees access to a platform that integrates all office tools but also integrates tools that promote teamwork, collaboration internally and externally : - Work environment available at all times. - Greatly increased efficiency in the management of content projects through an adaptation of the Teams solution.As the Information System Organizational Officer, several initiatives have been put in place to reduce environmental vulnerabilities and secure computer data : - Deploying a cybersecurity awareness platform to improve employee behaviour in the face of phishing attacks. - Establishing a security committee and a production committee allowing a better control of IT changes while respecting the company's security policies. - Developing a business recovery plan to ensure continuity of services in the event of a major outage
