To empower employee collaboration and mobility, choose to implement the Office 365 platform to give employees access to a platform that integrates all office tools but also integrates tools that promote teamwork, collaboration internally and externally : - Work environment available at all times. - Greatly increased efficiency in the management of content projects through an adaptation of the Teams solution.As the Information System Organizational Officer, several initiatives have been put in place to reduce environmental vulnerabilities and secure computer data : - Deploying a cybersecurity awareness platform to improve employee behaviour in the face of phishing attacks. - Establishing a security committee and a production committee allowing a better control of IT changes while respecting the company's security policies. - Developing a business recovery plan to ensure continuity of services in the event of a major outage
