• streamlined the operations, by removing extra middle management interfaces and providing organisational changes producing a productivity increase of 15%;

• in charge of developing the services sales while rationalizing the company costs structure to increase profitability,
• led a team of 185 people: R&D, customer service, sales admin, logistics and management control,

• implemented a new services product line with a result of services sales increase of 30%,
• modernized the Help Desk and the Hot Line support centres to handle timely and efficiently customers calls and expanded opening hours to 7 days a week,
