In 2011, as a hobbyist, Philippe started a blog, Instagramers.com, and then founded the Instagramers Network, the one and only Instagram fans’ association worldwide. Instagramers (IGers) are a congregation of millions of members in more than 80 countries. In 2014, Philippe founded the very first Instagramers Gallery at Fundación Telefonica in Madrid, a place where mobile photography is considered as a new form of social art.
