As the Datacenter Technician for Sherweb I was in charge of the montreal datacenter for the company that was based in Sherbrooke. I reported to the Infra Manager who also worked in Sherbrooke. My task involved performing tasks requested by the Administrators- Receive hardware/Servers- Rack, Cable and Install servers- Install and Troubleshoot Operating.

During my short time as a Datacenter Technician at Desjardins, my tasks involved decommissioning old server rooms scattered within the Desjardins towers as well as consolidating new equipment in a new facility.

As the Datacenter technician for Gameloft, my role was to travel from the Office to the remote Datacenter location to perform various operations needed by the Administrators- Transport hardware/Servers from office to Datacenter (Colocation)- Rack, Cable and Install servers- Install / Troubleshoot Operating systems (windows or linux)- Repair hardware.

As a Unix Administrator for Gameloft my role was to Maintain services running on various Linux based operating system as well as scripting various programs to automate various tasks. Daily task involved responding to incident request and resolving various challenging issues that occurs each day. I was also part of the Oncall Rotation for 24/7 Support..
