• Raised the contact base for marketing mail from 1.5k users to 10k+, organised weekly blast and A/B split test that resulted in an opening rate going from 15% to 22% overall, a clickthrough rate going from 3.5% to 4%.
• Successfully raised the regular base of o2.ie affiliate program by 15-20% by introducing remarketing and retargeting affiliates
• Took over management of @O2IrelandShop (Twitter) and saw a raise of 233% (from 1.5k to 3.5k) in reach and 300% in weekly sales thanks to a better scheduling and editorial.
• Assisted the digital agency in analysing and improving O2 PPC and digital display campaigns to obtain an overall CPS of €17 against €25 on previous campaigns;
• Created and successfully implemented SEO copy guidelines and SEO audit tools for o2.ie which resulted on an improvement of the Alexa position of O2.ie over the competition.
