I am a Marine Corps veteran and tech sales leader who also started and grew a church. My skill set is as diverse as my work history, but I specialize in sales, communication, and innovative problem solving. I love working with high performing teams, and crushing goals. In my previous role as the founder and lead pastor of the church I started, I was responsible for building and scaling an organization from the ground up. I built teams, raised funds, developed leaders, and consistently communicated a compelling vision for the future. Before I started the church, I co-founded a sales acceleration company named fourLetter Sales. I was responsible for helping technology companies develop sales processes and build sales teams, while simultaneously prospecting and closing new clients. Also, as part of that role I hired and trained dozens of sales reps and provided ongoing management and training customized to the skills and opportunities for each rep.I'm looking forward to my next adventure and being a valuable part of a fast-paced and growing team.
