I am an experienced Senior Manager and lawyer with PwC Legal. My focus is on information technology, data protection and intellectual property. I particularly enjoy advising clients on IT-contracts (such as outsourcing agreements, software development agreements, or agile IT-project agreements), consulting on digital transformation projects, and supporting my M&A colleagues in due diligences (including post-merger integrations).Notwithstanding my professional preferences, I very much enjoy spending time with my family. I want to be a "caring father" and have founded Dads@PwC together with my colleague Grace.
