Managing a team of seven staff members to conduct outreach and provide supportive services for work-required SNAP recipients, connecting them with education, training and employment to ensure compliance with DTA requirements in the short-term while putting them on a long term path to financial stability.Collaborating with members of the coaching team and the instructional team as well as other members of the Business Services Division and employer partners, I provide one-on-one and group career coaching services and instruction to a diverse group of workers, primarily in the healthcare industry with the overall goal of facilitating their educational and career development goals.
