Through a promotion, I found myself serving all the technical support agents as one of the founding members of a new department—Training and Quality Assurance for Customer Support. I was part of a small team that provided customer support agents with timely training on new features and processes, as well as constructive criticism on their communication with customers. I further assisted in developing the protocols agents were to use in their communication efforts, as well as creating the actual standards we used to measure an agent’s communication efficacy on a per-chat basis.

Working at ClickFunnels was an incredible experience. As a Technical Support Specialist, I worked directly with customers to resolve technical issues with their sales funnels, as well as any other account-related problems they may have had. Using chat and video support, I was able to provide support in a more comprehensively hands-on manner than is generally expected.

At ApricotLaw, I was responsible for managing and improving website content for the purposes of getting those websites ranked higher in Google for specific keyword phrases.Additional responsibilities included keeping themes and plugins up-to-date, as well as designing and tweaking the website.
