As Gift Planning Officer, in the development department at the York County Community Foundation, Philip helps in assisting York County citizens and organizations turn their passions into lasting legacies for our community. Philip is responsible for generating and cultivating donor relationships, including providing exceptional customer service to current fundholders, legacy members and prospective donors. YCCF’s goal is to engage donors in becoming more connected to the community through their philanthropy.A proven relationship builder with deep ties to the York Community, Woods joined the YCCF team in March 2020 after several years of serving individuals, families, businesses and non-profit organizations as a professional financial advisor. He is a lifelong Yorker and has been an active volunteer in the community, most notably in York City Little League and Rotary Club of York.
