Training Parents Through Behavior change messages and use of nudge prototypes to support optimal complementary feeding and unique communication materials to improve practices around minimum acceptable diet and meal frequency for children under two.Conducting Focus group discussions and individual interviews of parents involved in the project.Participate in transcription and translation of data from data collection and monitoring work. Applied to a Call for Concepts to design additional evidence-based tools to promote positive behaviors for optimal infant and young child feeding. The focus was on developing nudge prototypes to support optimal complementary feeding (CF) to improve practices around minimum acceptable diet and meal frequency for children under two.• My concept was one of two finalists selected from over 30 concepts submitted I designed a visual aid tool aimed to remind parents/caregivers to feed their children complementary foods at least two times a day from 6 months old and to feed them a diverse diet with foods from at least four food groups each days e.g. tubers, vegetables, fruits, cereals, legumes, animal-sourced foods, etc.
