Nutrirwanda was founded by a group of talented human nutritionist students and started in 2017 as health/nutrition educational and informative website in Kinyarwanda and English. Our goal is to reach most Rwandans who need nutrition and dietetics services. Nutrirwanda is a Rwandan initiative solution that provide services that are exclusively for Rwandans. Apart our application which is in Kinyarwanda, we will use local consumed foods, we will provide evidence-based and data-driven interventions that are specifically for Rwandans Audience. we strongly believe that our applications will help community health workers to interpret well anthropometric measures. Our application will contain a module of food assessment based on it we can predict the essential nutrients users are lacking and their risk factors. We plan to use machine learning to recommend people what to eat based on their economic status, their age categories and life status.
