Incorporated large scale Public Sector recruitment services into Recruitment Service Centre. Handling >150,000 public sector applicants annually.• Successfully tendered for and implemented Royal Bank of Scotland volume recruitment contract adopting the outsourced-insource approach and bringing a new method of outsourcing to RBSG.• Set up and designed highly successful multi-site shared service delivery operation in conjunction with RBS, Formed the model and basis for RBS’s own recruitment service centre in Manchester (Acted as consultant) as well as design and implementation of co-located delivery centre at our offices in Richmond.Managed >116,000 RBS applicants annually. Industry leading response times and clear focus on service delivery.
