In this position I was responsible for a number of business and HNW clients. There was a strong sales focus on this role. I was responsible for advising and selling a number of products such as business and personal loans, mortgages and savings and investment products. There was a high emphasis on cross selling and the generation of new business. Development and the maintenance of client relationships was integral.

In this role I was responsible for the overall running of the hotel, restaurant and bar along with the management, coaching and recruitment of staff. I joined at entry level as a waitress and progressed. This role required a high level of customer service and people skills. Sales and promotion were also a large part of the role, we would regularily host functions and hold various theme nights.
