CDW’s Associate Consulting Engineers (ACE) Program aims to develop highly skilled Consulting Engineers who will be trusted advisors to our customers. This year-long program helps our Coworkers build their technical expertise and consulting aptitude through a variety of experiences and curriculum, including shadowing, project participation (utilization), certification, mentorship, and coaching from high level engineers.Role prior to the ACE team was as an Integrated Tech Academy Program Manager. The Integrated Tech Academy was a highly competitive training and professional development program at CDW designed to provide a strong foundation of technical capabilities and soft skills for kickstarting a successful career in IT. Academy Analysts were able to earn industry recognized certifications, participate in 8-week rotations to gain exposure to different lines of business at CDW, and gain shadow experience, all while receiving coaching and mentoring. Participating teams for both programs have included Data & Analytics, Digital (Adobe, Salesforce, DevOps), Cloud, Data Center Transformation, Security (IAM, Network Security, Offensive Security), Managed Services, and Managed Application Services.
