In my current role at NSL, it's my responsibility to assist the Witness Statement team with their daily workload. I deal with written witness statements and other correspondence relating to the Dartford Free Flow Crossing (between Kent and Essex) enforcement process. My main task is to investigate witness statements made by road users that contest the outstanding charge. I have to issue the correct letter to the road user when I’m accepting their witness statement. Furthermore I have to perform the correct processes in order to make sure the business rules are followed. Finally, it is my duty to deal with additional correspondence which is received at the witness statement stage of the process.

At Opta, I worked as a collector of statistics from live football matches. I was a member of a busy team in a pressurised environment. Furthermore, it was my responsibility to communicate effectively with football match correspondents and fellow employees. I built a positive relationship with correspondents and other staff. Additionally I developed my ability to interpret every live football match to a high standard. Finally I used my existing IT skills to be able to quickly understand and use Opta's data collecting software.
