Phill is an entrepreneurial professional with a passion for leadership and customer service. In his role as General Manager, he develops and communicates sales and procurement strategies, project planning, forecasting and monitoring using cooperative policies and goals. He is instrumental in securing long term contracts and maintaining ongoing, repeat business clients. His experience as an underground miner had seen him cultivate and establish respected relationships with all of Australia’s blue chip mining companies in their underground market space. Over the past seven years he has developed and successfully introduced many new innovative products and regularly conducts trials, audits and crew training sessions for these clients. His mining experience has taken him to the hard rock arena working closely with our countries major infrastructure companies and their international partners as they shape our countries roads, tunnels and rail networks. His niche market expertise covers the supply of products and advice for customised drilling solutions in tunnels, drifts and shafts. Often answers are required within critical turnaround timeframes due to unforeseen circumstances which is often the nature of this work.
