I started my education at Antelope Valley soon after high school. Since graduating high school I worked in an open fields while I attended school at night. Once my Associates Degree was finished I wanted to enter into the social services field, this goal lead me to Coal State University Of Bakersfield. At CSUB I was able to attain my BA in Sociology with a minor in Psychology. I had the wonderful experience of interning at Children's Way F.F.A, here I was able to work hands on with Foster Care Social Workers and their clients. I was given the job on monitoring visits, sat in for Individual Educations Plans for clients, and audit files for yearly checks. Having now finished my undergrad, I am hoping to gain knowledge in the Social service field before I enter in to a Masters Program to acquire an MA in Social Work.
