Service Manager
Current• Build, create and manage team of developers to achieve customer satisfaction• Resolve customer satisfaction issues as they arrive and implement suitable conflict resolution to ensure client retention• Assist clients with implementation of their new website and assist with content creation• Work one on one with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention• Ensure quality of projects and that those projects are to customer specifications• Complete website content creation and perform Quality Assurance checks of developer's projects.• Manage projects from proposal to project completion ensuring client satisfaction.
