As a Meta Market Manager I am the face of the Meta brand via physical visits, virtual events and featuring in/leading engaging retailer faced content. I take control of a designated call file of prestigious retail stores and lead physical/virtual visits with these retail partners. Building strong relationships with stores staff and training them on Meta's latest innovations.I provide valuable retail insight and help drive product sales.I am also required to be creative with engaging and interesting content when delivering projects for Meta. I take control of a designated call file of prestigious retail stores and lead physical/virtual visits with these retail partners. Building strong relationships with stores staff and training them on Microsoft's latest innovations.I provide valuable retail insight and help drive product sales.I am also required to be creative with engaging and interesting content when delivering projects for Microsoft. This includes training assets, videos, creative content and communications.

As an Arena Manager my roles and responsibilities included:Being at the helm and managing/creating a profitable and welcoming space for all players.Managing a team of colleagues to deliver the best experiences and results possible.Dealing in customer relations and handling the situations that involves.Using creativity in merchandising to boost sales and footfall.The use of storytelling and personal experience to make the experience I sell really shine through for customers.Working closely with local businesses and schools etc. to create tailored experiences.Creating in house events to boost interest and footfall, these events would range from themed such as seasonal or new game releases to hosting birthday parties catering to each individual's needs and desires.

Along with my responsibilities at GAME Digital, my work through the Xbox ELITE programme allowed me to become an UK GameMaster. Working with Microsoft in a team of streamers, Streaming to Mixer & Twitch, I hosted a weekly 2-hour stream on a channel with over 80,000 followers that had advertisement on the Xbox dashboard.This allowed me and the team to build a strong community open to all to bring knowledge of new xbox games, multiplayer experiences & fun to a huge audience that could watch or get involved and enjoy.This role and my own passion for streaming as a passtime/hobby has given me an extensive knowledge of streaming and the equipment involved.

I joined GAME Digital to work within gaming industry while I studied Game Design at University.
