Managed manufacturing build costs, schedule, equipment sell-off, shipping logistics, and assembly build issues.• Supported make versus buy decisions by providing management with in house build costs and capabilities.• Managed reviews which helped designers make product changes for Design to Cost (DTC), improving quality, build time, and overall cost.• Ensured product built to latest revision by facilitating multiple new production startups and change point management throughout product lifecycle and sustainment.

Managed crankshaft and connecting-rod machining lines which produced approximately 750 crankshafts and 6K connection-rods per day which were used in Tundra V8 engines.

Worked on Redstone Arsenal in Dynamics Test Branch to help run test on missiles and military equipment.

Performed usage analysis on piping structures in paper mill, making sure flow rates were efficient.
