Manage the ATS system, run daily and weekly reporting. Manage requisitions, approvals, entering into ATS and posting online. Recruit for open positions across the company including roles within the Dallas Corporate Office, Austin Corporate Office and regional management roles across Texas. Sourced, screened, and hired candidates. Assisted with other initiatives including training, candidate data reporting/analysis, candidate tracking, and process mapping for building brand new Talent Acquisition department. Managed all outside agency vendors, job board vendors and approved invoicing. Worked successfully with Vice President of IT and Vice President of Revenue Cycle to rebuild their departments. Responsible for team leadership and accountability to C-suite and regional leadership.

Worked my way up from Staffing Manager to Strategic Account Manager. I was responsible for running several of AMN's largest MSP locums accounts. First handling a twenty million dollar region of the largest MSP. Then running a forty-four million dollar MSP solo. I was responsible for managing orders and candidate flow for over 40 agency vendors and our own internal locums teams. I held daily, weekly and quarterly meetings with MSP system and with vendors. Responsible for maintaining invoicing and billing in Shiftwise ATS system. Heavy customer service and relationship building. Assisted in handling troubled accounts as needed too. Trained new account managers on AMN and MSP processes.

I spent a little over a year at Staff Care as an Account Associate. I worked with the fairly new Advanced Practice team handling Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. I worked as the MSP Expert within the AP team. This allowed me to work not only with my direct Regional Vice President but the Divisional Vice President and the Vice President of Operations. Ran team meetings and conducted training sessions for rest of Account Associates. Worked with team of recruiters to screen and present. Managed contracts, margins and negotiated bill rates. Worked with multiple departments to get and keep providers working.
