I was the point person for a successful implementaion of the Centricity Perioperative Manager or the ORMIS system for THE HEART HOSPITAL Baylor Plano. Now currently a Clinical Systems Analyst that now maintains this with my Collegue Hanh NguyenI have also worked with process flow implementation for physician based programing and was the point person to help facilitate this transition along with working with the physicians directly. My clinical expertise was utilized with the implementation of the first successful hospital wide Online Computer Nursing documentation with in the Baylor Healthcare System I was the project lead for implementation of the barcode scanning system with the GE Centricity Enterprise HIS model and have extensive knowledge regarding this subject as well and worked closely with the Pharmacy Director Katrina Harper and Pharmacy Technician Mark McKelvy.

I was the CV Coordinator for the Open Heart Service line as the direct line of knowledge for implementation of the start of that successful program. My responsibilities included call 24/7 until the ability to train staff willing to come into the world of CVOR came available. I was also the point person for workflow issues that surrounded the issues concerning CVOR and also coordinated with the materials employees so that we had the appropriate supplies in house to have and maintain a successful Heart program.
