Current1. Leads the design of all Act-On assets, ensuring each asset adheres to the company’ brand standards.2. Coordinates companywide marketing campaign activities.a. Creates Marketing Campaigns in Microsoft CRM and coordinates lead trackingb. Facilitates email list clean-up efforts with internal CRM teamc. Holds other employees accountable for assigned tasks and responsibilities3. Leads social media outreach, including sharing content and responding to inquiries.4. Manages social media monitoring/reporting efforts, including collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data5. Supports Marketing event promotional efforts6. Maintains Marketing department’s SharePoint-based Marketing Portal7. Supports the company’s online strategy effort — social, web, etc.8. Creates, edits, and optimizes content from the Marketing department to ensure materials are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.9. Consistently focuses on fixing communication and process inefficiencies.10. Supports the company’s goals by accepting ownership for completion of new and different requests.
