Organize, administer and lead a comprehensive program of sanitary housekeeping services that provide and maintain, in an efficient and economical manner, the facilities and assets of the hospital, so that all patients, visitors, staff, physicians and the community are assured of a clean, safe, infection free, attractive, and healthy place in which to receive care, visit, and work. Work as a member of the management team to adhere to financial parameters while ensuring staffing coverage and maintaining essential equipment to create a pleasing and positive environment.

Manage department processes and procedures based on identified needs, guidelines, regulatory standards, policies and established goals with a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensure provision of services which meet or exceed customer expectations. Develop and implement actionable work plans with measurable outcomes. Assess and reallocate resources to meet demands. Recognize and act upon opportunities for growth and improvement to advance departmental goals.

Direct department objectives to meet the needs of the client healthcare system through the most efficient and cost saving manner. Use project management principles to accomplish goals, seek out appropriate resources and anticipate change within the market and hospital system. Align services with the mission and vision of the client health system.

Market finance products to the public. Advise clients on various types of services available. Create and manage relationships with realtors, title companies, and other financial professionals. Guide clients through the mortgage process from initial correspondence through closing and ownership. Interact with community and neighborhood building associations.

Plan, organize, and direct functions and activities of both the Environmental Services and the Materials Management departments. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the department operation. Inspect and evaluate facility physical conditions. Maintain environment in a sanitary, attractive and orderly condition while complying with regulatory requirements. Investigate and evaluate new supplies and equipment, making recommendations to Administration. Work with all departments to standardize products and identify cost savings. Develop budget to ensure department operates at optimal levels.

Direct and administer all aspects of the Environmental Services program with oversight and accountability for three hospitals. Responsible for the personnel, equipment and procedures necessary to maintain these facilities at the highest quality of cleanliness in the most economical manner consistent with extremely high standards of accomplishment.

Provide for the safe and clean environment of the hospital campus including five healthcare facilities. Manage workforce of 106 employees including two supervisors and eight lead technicians. Work in conjunction with med staff and nursing to provide total customer care experience for patients and their families. Staff for optimum productivity and customer service in a twenty four - seven environment.
