Providing phone, e-mail, and Internet-based support of Windows-based B2W proprietary software. Working with clients of all levels, solving technical problems, troubleshooting, and answering questions on how to use the software. - Microsoft Windows desktop & server operating systems, and including experience with networking. - Providing SQL Server Management from database back-up & restore to server migrations.- Utilization of Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA.- User management from password resets, account creations, deletions and permissions.- Stays alert to trends, patterns to sensitive issues, and communicates to all branches of the team & departments. - Documents and relays bug reports and feature requests to development teams. - Identifying clients needs and problems, and resolving by reaching answers, as well as guiding client through use of the programs.- Software installations from B2W proprietary software to new server configurations (SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, .NET) & troubleshooting- Bug replication & documentation for product troubleshooting & improvement
