Developed a program vision that exploited opportunities to gain flexibility by leveraging Other Transactional Agreements, Mid-Tier Acquisitions, and Alpha Contracting to ensure better informed requirements and Statements of Work. Leads a messaging campaign that reached beyond the Engineer proponent, but focused on the utility and economy of force to the Maneuver center, Forces Command, and the Joint Readiness Training Center.

Managed all lifecycle aspects of the 8700 vehicle MaxxPro vehicle fleet for the U.S. Army valued at over $9 billion. Oversaw cost, schedule and performance of funding over $458M for fiscal years 2012-2014. Managed MRAP reset and integration program, hardware modifications, capability insertions of a platform still in combat, including; budget, contracts, tests, procurement, production, fielding and logistical support, as well as program changes related to current combat situations. Coordinated daily with US Army staff and Defense Industry partners. Was hand selected to autonomously manage a Depot-level MRAP maintenance facility in Kuwait consisting of over 2100 vehicles, 1200 personnel and a parts warehouse valued at $127M. Improved production efficiency, reduced waste/spending and eliminated unnecessary materiel.
Assistant Program Manager- Ground Combat Vehicle
Managed the cost, schedule, and performance of a 24 month technology development contract for the Ground Combat Vehicle development valued over $450 million and the follow-on development contracts worth #2.9 billion. Led a multidisciplinary team of Army and industry professional consisting of more than 20 personnel through the designing, building, and testing of a prototype combat vehicle. Responsible for gaining consensus among various stakeholders, leading a new team, as well navigating all of them through key engineering events, contracting activities, and major program milestones.
