A competent manager with excess of 20 years of experience with in the wholesale and retail Industry. Within these roles, the main objectives have been to increase the customer base and profitability of the business, whilst ensuring that company processes were followed and adhered to for a safe working environment, not only for the staff but also the customers. As the businesses gained momentum and popularity, I was responsible for seeking new members of staff through advertising, interviewing and finally ensuring that the on board process was followed. which entailed a H&S induction, duty of care in the work place and the relevant procedures were introduced, to their specific role and responsibly with in the work place, all whilst insuring the Day to Day operations were carried out in a timely and safe manner by all members of staff.Where needed new processes would be identified, developed and introduced to improve the working practices, to ensure that the Business stayed one foot in front of it's Competition.
