Continued work on the Menu program.Moved over to the Sewer Lining Program for the City of Chicago. Inspected the installation of trenchless sewer system rehabilitation, including manholes, catch basins, and connection lines. Also served as point repair inspector for the north district. Where there were voids and offsets in the line that the reinforcing bag could not pass through the sewer, we fixed the sewer at that point by conventional means to allow trenchless bag to pass through the line.

Worked on the Menu program with the City of Chicago surveying, designing, and overseeing the construction of ADA sidewalk ramps. Also worked on special designs to correct back pitching of curb to flow to catch basins. Worked as QA/QC inspector for a time.

As a Resident Engineer I continue to learn through experience with projects, deadlines, proposals, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration with multiple departments. Utilized IDOT Documentation to analyze survey reports, maps, and drawings. Managed and directed 6 construction projects. Estimated required quantities and costs of materials. Monitored and analyzed project budget.Led, managed, and aided in construction of ~10k square foot $575K building, including earthwork, foundations, electric, plumbing, and steel structure. Directed 8-man construction crew on $550K worth of township roads.
