In the past six years I have been a personal assistant for the French Organ Music Seminar, making schedules, planning events, leading groups, taking pictures, making sure everything was perfect for the director of FOMS. Working as a Music Administrator; I am planning all musical event, organizing the music office, keeping the books, submitting and creating budgets, hiring musicians and singers, creating and executing campaigns to raise funds for events. Hosting; making sure the servers have the tools they need to serve our guest. making suer every table is seated and greeted in timely manor, making reservations and answering the phone with proper etiquette, keeping the seating times spread out so to not overwhelm the kitchen. Capital Campaign; ran a pipe organ capital campaign for six months. prior to that I put together and lead a committee to make trips, organize events, create flyers, and help raise the funds needed (funds raised were $140,000)
