During my time at the Europcar station in Alice Springs I raised the Google Score from 2.5 to 3.6 within 1-2 months. I implemented a QR code for the purpose of collecting more external reviews in a more personal and convenient way from a customer perspective. Generally speaking there has been a lack of interest in gaining external reviews in the car rental industry if you ask me - that’s why I came up with this initiative.It’s proven that a businesses with a Google score between 4.2-4.7 is considered to be most trusted by customers, furthermore Google reviews have a direct impact on the rankings on Google.
