I have unquestionably delivered outstanding service to customers and clients alike for the past 19 years as both an employee and manager in the retail and food and beverage industries. My proven ability to communicate with customers and employees consisting of diverse populations both verbally and in writing is something I am continuously learning to improve every day, and my resilience to high pressure circumstances has helped me become the reliable decision maker I am today.With nearly two decades of retail, food, and service experience under my belt I find myself today in what is likely the best position I've ever been in. A job role that provides me with a fixed schedule with the best weekend day off (Sunday), an early start to the work day, plenty of overtime available, mostly autonomous working conditions, and the ability to make day to day decisions on my own without being micromanaged. I thoroughly enjoy nearly everything the job has to offer. However, with the economy and inflation being what it currently is, I owe it to my family and myself to always keep my options open to better and more lucrative opportunities.In my current position I am responsible for managing and merchandising existing and incoming inventories, placing new orders for numerous accounts, communicating with clients and managers regarding current and upcoming promotions, inquiring about and securing display space in stores for upcoming promotions and sales, maintaining professional relationships with managers and clients. I am responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, as well as minimizing damages and losses. I have a reputation for achieving those goals and regularly finish as a top performer each cycle. As a matter of fact, I was just recently awarded with a prize for achieving a company sales goal open to everyone in my position .The skills I have acquired in my 15+ years of management including inventory management, sales goals, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and so many more will add immeasurable value to my current and future career(s), and I am always seeking to expand my knowledge, skill set, and overall repertoire.My passion is my faith and making sure my family is adequately provided for.
