I am responsible for the recruitment of all Technical Sales professionals into Fujitsu. I also partner with our Business Applications Business Unit so I also recruit a variety of development technologies. Specialising in IT Sales, Development and Systems Integration technical roles.Technologies I commonly recruit for include:MS Development Technologies, SharePoint, Java, Dynamics CRM, Maximo. From Support to Enterprise Architecture.

Managing Lloyds Banking Group and Citigroup and Financial Ombudsman Service• Resource Management and Relationship Management of the largest account within Randstad (Lloyds Banking Group). Managing a peak of 160 contractors. • Team Lead experience of a team of 3 IT Recruiters and 1 Admin/Compliance Support Officer. • Managing the Compliance process for new starters including all Employment Referencing, CIFAS/Fraud Checks, Terrorism Checks, Credit Checks and Criminal Record background checks.• Key supporting role in the successful supply of IT Infrastructure Support Staff for the London Olympics Project for our client Acer (Vendor for the London 2012 Games)Achievements• Against a demanding 24-48 hour delivery deadline on all roles, I successfully maintained a 50% fill rate on all vacancies (against between 4-8 suppliers) through the UK’s largest ever Banking Integration Programme when LBG merged with HBOS. This required extensive talent pooling and requirements pipeline planning in the areas of Business Analysts, Project Management and Support and Solution Architecture. • Billed over £1 million for 2010, 2011 – the most profitable account within Randstad Technologies.• Successfully grew The Financial Ombudsman Account from zero Contractors to a peak of 40 contractors within 12 months of establishing the relationship.• 2IC to the London 2012 Olympic Games Project Manager for Acer. Effective Talent Pooling and Resource Pipeline planning was crucial in this successful project to staff out the London 2012 Olympics on behalf of Acer – Infrastructure Vendor for the Olympics. This required a heavy amount of Costing and Financial Analysis to ensure profitability due to the extremely low margins required on this project.• Against a target of £30k GP per month, for the year of 2012, I billed over £450k and was one of 3 Consultants who successfully won a trip to New York for billing 1.25% of my annual budget.
