This required extensive talent pooling and requirements pipeline planning in the areas of Business Analysts, Project Management and Support and Solution Architecture. • Billed over £1 million for 2010, 2011 – the most profitable account within Randstad Technologies.• Successfully grew The Financial Ombudsman Account from zero Contractors to a peak of 40 contractors within 12 months of establishing the relationship.• 2IC to the London 2012 Olympic Games Project Manager for Acer. Effective Talent Pooling and Resource Pipeline planning was crucial in this successful project to staff out the London 2012 Olympics on behalf of Acer – Infrastructure Vendor for the Olympics. This required a heavy amount of Costing and Financial Analysis to ensure profitability due to the extremely low margins required on this project.• Against a target of £30k GP per month, for the year of 2012, I billed over £450k and was one of 3 Consultants who successfully won a trip to New York for billing 1.25% of my annual budget.
