The driving force behind my motivation is my love for the game of basketball. One of the most personally rewarding ways that I have gotten to work for the sport is through Video Coordinating and Scouting with the NC State Women’s Basketball team as an Intern. The strategies and analytics behind the scenes, mainly in the film room, are where my primary interest lies. Getting a peak at how a coaching staff operates is one of the most fascinating opportunities I’ve had. To me, basketball is much more than what happens on the court, the X’s and O’s are just as important. If basketball has my head, then youth have my heart. My hope is to one-day give back to the game of basketball in a way that directly impacts the skill and character development of our next generation of Michael Jordan’s or Stephen Curry’s. My experience at Dream Big Day Camp and Your Best Shot Leadership Academy have prepared me already for that chance at professional fulfillment.Whenever I get a chance outside of work, I enjoy experiencing the game of basketball through the lens of a spectator. I live for March Madness and the NBA Playoffs. I look forward to connecting with you!
