After successful launch of their service, Convergys received a multi-million dollar payment. Lead Business Analyst responsible for writing requirements for new web-based GUI Order Entry and Customer Management User Interfaces (UIs) used by call center agents handling residential customers. Worked closely with Human Factors specialists on the design of the UIs. Promoted to “Consultant” for my work on this project. Selected to work on site at a prospective satellite TV client, documenting their existing operations and processes.
