From aligning with early stage visionaries and entrepreneurs to standing alongside leaders who have inherited longstanding, often tired organizations and teams, I consider myself a culture/ethos activator. My success in sales (consecutive years of 120%+ achievement and President’s Club in my current role) is a result of an amazing brand/solution empowering me to partner AUTHENTICALLY with prospective clients as an advocate, not a solution-spitting bot. I come alive in my work as a Senior Sales Executive because I understand and take personally the mission of the industry and specific financial institutions I serve. Throughout my work history, it’s this same passion that made me successful in real estate, and the same passion for mission driven work that was at the root of my dissatisfaction on some of those “shorter stays“. Sales is taking the mission beyond the walls, but some of my favorite seasons have been Organizational Alignment roles focused on the internal expressions of mission. I’m passionate enough about stewarding Employee Experience to literally write a book about it (Insperience - Dunham Publishing, 2018). Crafting nonnegotiable mission statements, followed by onboarding and training curricula that makes those non-negotiables evident in the experience of an employee base… that’s fun stuff for me.There are seasons where I serve as a motor, powering innovation and passion. Other seasons have found me serving as a compass, an anchor, or a counselor. I’m the weirdo who loves public speaking. I have the heart of a teacher.
